WELCOME to Challenge #160  - Let the Troubles Begin! 
This Challenge runs from 
Friday,  February 16th thru Thursday, February 29th
"HOODIE-HOO! Celebration" 


Thing 1: Trouble Maker
says, "In the Northern Hemisphere Hoodie-Hoo Day opens on February 20th, and it's time once again to celebrate with Creative Creases on their Third Anniversary (February 2024) for their Anything Goes Fun Fold Challenges.  But first... don't forget to step outside, wave your hands over your head, and chant, 'Hoodie-Hoo!' to start the celebration, then come back in and create a Fun Fold card.  

"We have again provided below several suggested links to tutorials for easy Fun Folds... or if you are experienced with Fun Folds choose one of your own favorites. (Don't forget to give credit if you use someone's tutorial.)"

Thing 3:  Twisted Sister
says, "WOW... Leap Day is the 29th of this month and we have never had an opportunity to use this day until this year and we won't have this opportunity to observe for another four years.  So let's take a leap into my optional twist and celebrate Hoppy Leap Day by featuring creatures that hop, skip, or leap.  

"You may find some of these in your own garden... examples are wallabies/kangaroos, rabbits/hares, grasshoppers, jumping spiders, frogs/toads, crickets, and fleas. (I absolutely refuse to create a project with fleas, but you can.)  OR, maybe you see a person - even a child - in your garden enjoying hop, skip, or leap games." 



Thing 2: Double Dare
says, "How fun it would be to send a Leap Day greeting card to a friend for that one extra day in the year? And make it very special by creating a fun-fold card that is linked to our partner, Creative Creases. Creative Creases Challenges are repetitive two-week challenges exclusively for Fun Folds. If you have created a Fun Fold, with or without a Leap Day optional twist, you may enter your project HERE at Creative Creases Challenge #76 for an additional chance in Double Trouble's random draw.

"Love Is in the Air"  


Thing 1:  Trouble Maker
says, "I recently heard an old song, Love Is in the Air, and it reminded me that February is considered the month for love - and Valentine's Day is almost here.  Hearts and flowers are ways to express love.  This is also an opportunity to show that love is in the air - use birds, butterflies, dragonflies, bees, clouds, sunshine, balloons, or maybe even a parachute!  

Create a project for the special person in your life inspired by the song "Love is in the Air".  Use your imagination or perhaps the song will provide inspiration for your project.

Thing 3:  Twisted Sister 
says, "Do I have a dare for you - a color challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare #586. These colors are perfect to use with our challenge.  

DARE BUT BEWARE - You must use only the colors included in the color board, or their closest matches, and you must use at least three of the colors. All neutrals are acceptable and you can bring in a little more love with glitter and metallics.  

Optional Twist:  This is my optional twist and if you have used at least three colors from our partner's Color Board you will earn another chance in our random drawing.

THING  2:  Double Dare 
says, "If you have met Thing 1's requirement "Love is in the Air" and used the Color Dare Board #586, you are eligible to enter your project HERE at Color My Heart Color Dare #586 and you will qualify for an additional chance in our random drawing."
