Directions: You MUST include at least the required minimum of each ingredient for successful results and a chance in our random drawing... but you may enhance your project by using more than the ingredients stipulated.
Let's celebrate, stir up some trouble in Double Trouble's Kitchen, and create a project using all the ingredients from our 3-2-1 Recipe above.
Optional Twist: If you have included stars and/or stripes in your project, you will earn another chance in our Random Drawing.
