says, "We missed Hoodie-Hoo Day! This is a day for chasing away the winter blahs and bringing in thoughts of spring. After all, many of us in the northern hemisphere are weary and a little crazy after being cooped up all winter.
"Let's not wait 'til spring has sprung... bring spring on now by stepping outside, waving your hands over your head, and chanting, 'Hoodie Hoo!' to scare away winter and make way for spring. Now come back in and create using a spring theme."
