WELCOME to Challenge 145 - Let the Troubles Begin!
This Challenge runs from
Monday, August 14th thru Sunday, August 27th
"Scrapper's GORP"
There are several parts to this challenge,
but the only requirement is to play along with Thing 1's Requirement
For additional fun... choose to use Twisted Sister's and/or Double Dare's optional twists
and earn additional chances in our random drawing.
says, "Wow! It's another year to celebrate National Trail Mix Day. Trail Mix features a high-energy, tasty treat often called GORP ("Good Old Raisins and Peanuts" or a mix of certain cereals, nuts, pretzels, raisins, dried fruits, M&Ms, etc.). Sounds delicious, but we also have a yummy trail mix for you!
"Do you remember when we never mixed plaids, stripes, checks, flowers, or polka dots? Well, this is now the Scrapper's recipe for GORP. We think making your own is much more fun. Look through your stash for stamps, stencils, patterned papers, washi tape, etc., to find at least two or more of the ingredients mentioned above and include them in your project... these ingredients are your choice."

Play along with Twisted Sister's optional twist below and earn additional chances in our random drawing.
says, "Our friends over at Try Stampin' on Tuesday have provided us with a sketch that is perfect for Trouble Maker's requirement of 'Scrapper's GORP'. So... my optional twist is to simply use the TSOT Sketch #620 for an additional chance in our random drawing. AND if you include a sentiment on your project you will earn another chance.
Feel free to change the orientation of the sketch... rotate the sketch or use its mirror image. You may not only modify the rectangular shapes with other shapes (ovals, squares, etc.) but also substitute the existing circle with another shape, image, or embellishment as long as the basic sketch is visible in your project.
Optional Twist: If you opted to use this sketch and have included a sentiment you have earned additional chances in our random drawing.
says, "If you have met Thing 1's requirement 'Scrapper's GORP', and used the TSOT sketch, with or without a sentiment, you are eligible to enter your project HERE at Try Stampin' on Tuesday Sketch Challenge #620 for another chance in our random drawing.
Special Notes: Please note that Try Stampin' on Tuesday starts on Tuesday, Aug 15th. If you post your project at Double Trouble on Monday, the 14th, you are still eligible to enter your project at TSOT. You are permitted to backlink for that Monday only. So be sure to visit again on Tuesday, Aug 15th, and post your card to the TSOT Challenge using the link provided above.
