"Scrapper's Fruity GORP Recipe"
Thing 1: Trouble Maker
says, "Wow! It's time to celebrate National Trail Mix Day on Saturday, August 31st.
Trail Mix features a colorful and tasty treat often called GORP a combination of certain cereals, nuts, pretzels, raisins, dried fruits, M&Ms, etc. Sounds delicious, but we also have our own Scrappers Fruity GORP recipe.
"We require you to use your favorite fruit(s) in a fruity color mix. Shop your stash for stamps, stencils, patterned papers, Washi tape, etc. to assist in creating your project. Choose images and items depicting both fruit(s) and fruity colors."

says, "Double Trouble's GORP requirement has already provided you with two elements (fruits and fruity colors) from Festive Friday's Harvest Inspo List. My optional twist is to include at least one more element from the Harvest Inspo List to enhance your project.
"There are many choices: Add a scalloped edge to your frame, create a circular shaped card, put your fruit in a basket, use a background of lattice or gingham, etc. It's your choice. If you have met my optional twist you have earned another chance in our random draw."
says, "If you have met Thing's one GORP requirement, and have included at least three or more elements from the Harvest Inspo List (see my clipart to the left), then enter your card at Festive Friday #167 'Harvest' Challenge."

Double Trouble will keep this challenge open through Sunday, Sept 15th, but Festive Friday will close its challenge on Wednesday, Sept 11th.
