WELCOME to Challenge #91 - Let the Troubles Begin 
This Challenge runs from 
Friday, Aug 20th thru Thursday, Sep 2nd
"Scrapper's Trail Mix"  


Thing 1:  Trouble Maker 
says, "August 31st is National Trail Mix Day. Trail Mix, aka GORP, is a mix of certain cereals, nuts, pretzels, raisins, dried fruits, M&Ms, etc.  Sounds yummy, but we have a yummy mix for Scrappers,  too. 

Do you remember way back years ago when you didn't mix plaids, stripes, checks, and polka dots? Not true today... so Let's Mix It Up! Look through your stash for stamps, stencils, patterned papers, washie tape, etc., to find these patterns and designs and use any number or combination of them - or just one... it's your choice."

OR  
you can use Twisted Sister's optional twist for Fall Colors using our partner's Color Challenge.  

Thing 3:  Twisted Sister 
says, "GORP! Oh, excuse me, I was greedily indulging in my trail mix. As I was selectively picking out the M&M's I thought how nice it would be to see fall colors.  Wouldn't our partner's Color Board look yummy in our Trail Mix with your project of patterns and design?  



All you need to do is select at least three or more of the colors (closest match) identified on the Color Board above with your choice of any neutrals. If you want to submit to Double Dare's Dare below please make sure you use ONLY the colors identified on the board.


Thing 2:  Double Dare 
says, "If you have met Trouble Maker's Requirement, "Scrapper's Trail Mix", and have followed the rules for Color Dare's requirements you may enter your project here at ColorMyHeart Color Dare Challenge #458, Remember, use only colors included in the Color Board.

"Are You Kitten Me"  


Thing 1:  Trouble Maker
says, "Cleo, my purr-ty furbaby, is excited that August 8th is International Cat Day. She's "feline" that purr-haps it's time for us to do something claw-some. Cleo wants to celebrate all of her fur-ends by creating a project that includes any cute or baby animal, e.g. kitten, puppy, chick, elephant. She thinks this challenge is a paw-sibility, it's purr-fect and will be pun for all."  

Make sure you go to the end of post for Cleo's Special Random Draw "Mew and Your Paw-some Pet" for rules of elibibility for the prize of $50 in CTMH (Close to My Heart) Products.

Thing 3: Twisted Sister
says, "Paw-don me, are you kitten me? This is hiss-terical! I am purr-ple with laughter. Let's see if mew can come up with a pun for your cute or baby animal or feel free to use one of ours. Have some pun with this optional twist."

Thing 2:  Double Trouble
says, "Is this fur real? Let's paws... I think I need a cat-titude adjustment. As long as mew have included a cute or baby animal, do not fur-get to enter your project HERE at 2CraftyCritterCrazies. I'm sure they will also like to see your claw-some projects."

"Mew and Your Paw-some Pet" Special Random Draw

CLEO's Not Kitten Around... Special Random Draw - $50 CTMH (Close to My Heart) Products of Your Choice. Cleo wants to celebrate International Cat Day with her fur-ends (kittens and puppies) for this Special Random Draw. (See our Guidelines for prize eligibility.)  

We need to have at least 25 paw-ticipants.   You must be a paw-ticipant in Thing 1 "Trouble Maker's" Challenge #90.  If you have multiple fur-babies you may enter either a group photo or a photo of each but you will be counted as one paw-ticipant for the special draw.  

To enter... All you need to do is take a photo of mew (you) and your paw-some pet.  Put this photo in your personal blog along with your Challenge #90 post. We would love to know a little bit about your furbaby... so in your post use at least five words or more in describing your furbaby's purr-sonality.  Then enter your photo under the heading, "Mew and Your Paw-some Pet" below with direct link to your post and include your name and pet's name on title of entry.

WELCOME to Challenge #89 - Let the Troubles Begin 
This Challenge runs from 
Monday, July 19th thru Saturday, July 31st (Ends One Day Early)
"Christmas in July"  


Thing 1: Trouble Maker 
says, "If you can answer "Yes" to both of these questions this challenge is for you.  

1. Have you, or are you ready, to start your Christmas cards for 2021?
2. Do you have a stash of Christmas supplies?  

Well, I'm guessing a lot of you have answered "Yes"... so let's create some Christmas projects from items tucked away in your stash. You'll be surprised by all the pretty papers, dies and stamps you have not yet used or may have forgotten. Take advantage of the time, before any new stuff arrives, and get a head start on Christmas. We're eager to see what you pull out of your stash."

OR, 
you can choose to include Twisted Sister's Optional Twist and/or Double Dare's Dare.

THING 3: Twisted Sister
says, "It's time to Tie It Up!  Include a ribbon and/or bow anywhere on your project, e.g. using ribbon, twine, die, stamp, digital image, design paper, etc." 

This is an OPTIONAL TWIST but you will be awarded an additional chance in Double Trouble's random draw if you include this twist in your project.

AND 
Don't stop here... 
you are eligible to enter Double Dare's Dare below.  






Thing 2:  Double Dare 
says, "If you have created a Christmas project, with or without Twisted Sister's Optional Twist, you can enter HERE at Heart2Heart's Christmas in July. 

Heart2Heart encourages the use of at least one Close To My Heart product, but for this theme challenge only they have waived this requirement.  However, if you do use any CTMH products Double Dare will give you another chance at our random draw.  Don't keep us guessing... include in your post the CTMH products you used."  

Heart2Heart has theme challenges that begin on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month and are open through the last day of the month, so make sure you get your entry in by July 31st.
