"A Double Trouble Dare w/Twist"

THING 1: Trouble Maker

would like you to create projects that fall within the Spring/Summer months (special friend/family occasions, May Day, Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, Patriotic Holidays).

THING 3: Twisted Sister

says "Some like it hot, some like it cold, I like it all"  Include your favorite drink that you'd share with friends and family.    

This is an OPTIONAL twist and you will be awarded an additional chance in Double Trouble's random prize draw. 

THING 2: Double Dare

says "If you have included food and/or drink you can join the Three Amigos Blog Hop Challenge #26 "Food/Drink".   To post, click HERE. This gives you an additional chance at winning the Double Trouble Random Draw.

A Double, Double Dare - Don't forget! If you created a spring/summer project with a coffee, tea or cocoa theme or sentiment, you are eligible to enter your project HERE  for the 2019 Spring/Summer Coffee Lover's Blog Hop through Friday, May 10th (details below).  



BLOG CANDY from DOUBLE TROUBLE: You can become a possible recipient of other random draw prizes (aka Blog Candy).  To qualify all you need to do is 1) enter into our Double Trouble Challenge and 2) make a comment on this post and tell us "What's your favorite hot/cold drink during Spring/Summer months".  We will have a random draw after each 10 qualifying entrants. Some of the prizes: a coffee mat, or Spellbinder Die, or Stamp Set, or....even a Starbuck's Gift Card.

If we have more than 40 qualifying entrants on the last day of the Coffee Lover's BlogHop we will have a final random draw to include all entrants. This prize will include each of the items from the previous draws and all prizes will be awarded at the end of Double Trouble Challenge #28.

Double Trouble Challenge #16 - Three Amigos & Coffee Lovers BlogHop (Winter/Holiday)

WELCOME to Challenge #16 - Let the Troubles Begin! 

THING 1 Trouble Maker
says you have one more chance to finish your winter/holiday cards/projects in time for mailing. Create a project using at least one form of embossing... dry embossing, heat embossing, embossing paste, your choice. Or use them all!

THING 3 Twisted Sister

says, "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!" Include snow, snowflakes, a snowman, etc. on your project. 

Hint: If you include a coffee/tea/cocoa image or sentiment, you may  join in the fun at 2018 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop,  Time is limited on the Coffee Blog Hop so read the details below. 

Both of these are OPTIONAL twists so why not double the trouble and include both? You will be awarded an additional chance for participating in each twist in Double Trouble's random prize draw. 

THING 2 Double Dare

says if you have created a winter holiday themed project you can also join the Three Amigos Blog Hop Challenge #21.  To post, click HERE any time during the month of December. This gives you an additional chance at winning the Double Trouble Random Draw.

Challenge 6 - Some Thing, Any Thing and Every Thing

Before we get into the challenge, Trouble Maker wants to share a little story

"The day the real Trouble Maker came for a visit

accompanied by Twisted Sister and Double Dare"

  

My husband was on his way to visit his two Grand-Doggies when he stumbled over three dogs outside our front door, panting with heat exhaustion.  We filled a couple of buckets with water and as he was opening the front door to put water out for them...one by one they entered our air-conditioned home...apparently needing more than Arizona fresh lukewarm tap water.  

Luckily they all had collars, so my search began.  On one of the tags there was a smiley face and the words "Trouble Maker".  He was the smallest and most needy so I pampered him a little more than the others.  Needy - or was it because we shared the same name?  What do you think?  Include a comment about my story when you post your project and you will get an additional chance at our random draw. 

End of Story:  The Doggies had escaped through an open door of the owner and I'm told they love our community golf course as a playground.  So they must have been going back home, played too hard and too long in the heat, and decided to stop at our front door in hopes of cooling down in our home.  The owner picked them up after she got out of work and Trouble Maker (owner says he's the leader of the pack) will now know where to stop if this should ever happen again.

ONE WEEK ONLY CHALLENGE

THING 1 Trouble Maker

would like you to have a little fun this week. "Some Thing", "Any Thing" and "Every Thing" are all welcome in this challenge. 

THING 3 Twisted Sister 

challenges you to decorate the inside of your card. Don't leave that sentiment in there all alone. Add something special to keep it company!  Remember - this is an OPTIONAL TWIST but it's so easy that we hope everyone will join in.  If you do the twist, Double Trouble will give you an extra chance in our random draw.  

THING 2 Double Dare has more than doubled the fun. Link up your project with any of our previous partners for an additional chance for the Double Trouble random draw. 

Your project for Double Trouble could meet the requirements of the challenges below providing you meet their requirements.  So make sure you read their instructions carefully and dates that they are open .... we don't want you to get in Trouble with them.  Please include in the comment section below or in your Blog what other challenges you had partnered with.

WELCOME to Challenge #2 - We hope you had fun with our first Challenge - we're guessing you must have because you're back again

THING 1  Trouble Maker challenges you to Not Use Patterned / Design Papers. Pull out your embossing folders, coloring techniques, stamps and get creative.

THING 3  Twisted Sister
challenges you to use at least one die cut in your project.  She promises it will give your project just a bit more character.  

Don't have a die...no problem...you can still play along with our basic challenge (or make a trip to the craft store) - your husband called and said it was OK  :)  

If you have taken Twisted Sister up on her optional twist it gives you an opportunity to submit your project to Thing 2 and you will also get an extra chance to win the Double Trouble Random Draw prize.  OR, you can choose to run with Thing 1 challenge only ... your choice!  

THING 2 Double Dare
dares you to link up your creation to the Three Amigos Bloghop Challenge #15, which is open 'til the end of the month.  Since they are also using dies it's like killing two birds with one stone - and that's what getting crafty is all about.  

Three Amigos has no limits to the number of entries and the more entries the better your chances for winning their random-draw prize at the end of the month.  All products are acceptable from any manual and/or electronic die cutter.
