"3-2-1 Recipe - "Shades of Fall"
says, "On Wednesday, October 22nd, we will observe National Color Day. It's un-be-leaf-able how colorful this season is, so let's enjoy the beautiful colors of Fall. But don't overlook Halloween, we don't want to leaf that behind.
Join us to celebrate and stir up some trouble in Double Trouble's Kitchen by creating a Fall and/or Halloween project using all the ingredients from our 3-2-1 Recipe below.

Directions: You MUST include at least the required minimum of each ingredient for successful results and a chance in our random drawing... but you can enhance your project and use more than the ingredients stipulated.
